Ministry and Community Involvement

For most of my life, I have been passionate about serving God and serving people. My ministry journey has included church leadership, missions, discipleship, community outreach, counseling, education, and humanitarian work across South Africa and Portugal.

In Portugal, I founded Connect Women’s Ministry, a nondenominational community that brings women together across different church backgrounds and worship styles. Our focus is on growing closer to God, building meaningful relationships, sharing fellowship, worshiping together, and encouraging one another in faith. In addition to our regular gatherings, I facilitate a daily teaching group on WhatsApp and lead Bible study groups, workshops, and discipleship initiatives, including serving as an Alpha Group leader.

I am passionate about sharing the message of Christ and equipping others to do the same. Through speaking engagements, sermons, workshops, and personal mentoring, I encourage people to live out their faith wherever they are. I also offer voluntary counseling and support to women in need.

My heart for missions and outreach has led me to work extensively with vulnerable communities. As a missionary in South Africa, I served among people experiencing homelessness and extreme poverty, organizing outreach programs, soup kitchens, pamper days, and practical support initiatives. I founded Ridge Haven, a home that provided care and dignity for homeless, disabled, and neglected elderly individuals. I also served as Head of Missions at my church and helped lead the Women of Worth (WOW) ministry.

Community development and education have always been close to my heart. I founded Two Bridges, an NPO school created to provide affordable access to international education, particularly for children who would otherwise not have had the opportunity. I have sponsored numerous students over the years and currently support a young man pursuing tertiary education. I have also worked in rural communities, helping develop infrastructure, provide essential supplies, and establish libraries through book collection initiatives.

Beyond these efforts, I remain actively involved in charitable projects, including fundraising for organizations in Portugal, supporting child-headed households affected by HIV/AIDS, and partnering with Hands for Hearts, an NPO I helped establish in South Africa. Whenever possible, I continue to serve through outreach, fundraising, resource mobilization, and community support.

Throughout my life, whether serving as a youth leader, Sunday school teacher, church council member, church planter, missionary, ministry leader, or community advocate, my desire has remained the same: to share the love of Christ, strengthen communities, and help people discover hope, dignity, and purpose.
